As a real estate broker professional photos of my listings are extremely important for grabbing the attention of potential buyers. I've had trouble in the past finding photographers who can take 30-35 quality photos especially of smaller homes. If anyone asks how it's possible to take 35 great photos of an 1,110 square foot townhome, they can go directly to Pete Nagy's photos of my listing at 6220 Caminito Del Oeste in San Diego. The primary photo we chose demonstrates Pete's creativity and use of angles. It's exactly the type of eye grabbing first photo we are looking to support our MLS listings. There's no question that the photography for this listing played a major role in attracting more than 35 open house visitors over the first weekend, multiple offers, and an open escrow after 4 days on the market. Hi Lorelei, we went ahead and totally removed the towel and rack, blurring it would have made it look weird. And yes I know you can see the towel in the reflection, but no one else will notice 🙂 We updated and replaced the image on the property website. MY REPLY "You are THE BEST. Period. Everything was amazing!!!!! I mean it. Amazing." Within literally minutes the towel and towel bar were removed and the website updated. DON'T use anyone else. It will be a disappointment.

Professional and creative. Would use for future shoots

I received a referral from my real estate agent for my one-bedroom rental property I just bought. I was asking about staging (which typically runs $3-5K). She suggested using CURB360 for "virtual staging". I'll be honest, I'd never even heard of that. For only a few hundred dollars I received the most amazing virtual pics (see below) and my rental was posted within days and I received multiple inquiries within hours of posting. I used to make my own drone fly-over videos. My outdoor footage was great but indoor was shaky and not that great. I hired Curb 360 to do the interior video and I provided them with my exterior drone footage. They integrated it beautifully, first time, no need for edits (and I'm picky) It just came back to me finished and professional. In one action my photos, video, Matterport and property website were done! Dominic has been personally accessible, highly knowledgable and willing to take the time to share his expertise.
